Improving Tinder

For this course I researched how Tinder could improve its user experience. This was done using various research techniques such as: interviews, focus groups, surveys and card sorting. I found Tinder to be incomparably different for male and female users, as well as the fact that swiping is too easy and no insight into other's intentions induces hesitant behaviour among users. As of now, specifying intentions has become an actual feature!
